Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service needs
Prepare job cards and clearly explain service details, timelines, and costs
Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely delivery
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
Promote service packages, value-added services, and genuine spare parts
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
Fluent in Arabic and able to communicate in basic English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good technical understanding of vehicles and repairs
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Computer knowledge and service software experience
Valid driving license is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
