Greet drivers or clients and record vehicle complaints or service needs accurately.
Open job cards with complete vehicle and service details.
Inspect vehicles and confirm reported issues in coordination with technicians.
Prepare cost and time estimates and obtain necessary approvals.
Coordinate with insurance companies for accident repairs, including claim registration, documentation, and follow-up.
Submit required photos, damage reports, and repair estimates to insurers.
Track and follow up on pending insurance approvals to avoid delays.
Liaise with surveyors and ensure clear communication between the workshop and insurance providers.
Ensure completed insurance repair jobs are invoiced correctly and documented.
Keep stakeholders updated on job status, especially delays due to insurance.
Conduct final inspections and ensure cleanliness and readiness of vehicles before delivery.
Maintain accurate records of services, parts, and labor used.
Promote preventive maintenance and additional services where applicable.
Assist in daily service reporting and ensure service standards are met.
