The Automobile Service Advisor - Insurance acts as a liaison between customers, insurance companies, and the service department. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the service department, accurately documenting repair orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all insurance claims are processed promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide an outstanding customer service experience.
Listen to customer concerns and vehicle issues, providing professional and empathetic assistance..
Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
Work directly with insurance companies to process claims.
Negotiate with insurance adjusters on behalf of customers to obtain the best repair rates and ensure proper coverage.
Create detailed and accurate repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle diagnostics.
Ensure parts are ordered and available for scheduled repairs.
Ensure that all repairs are performed to the highest standards and meet customer expectations.
Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certification or training in automotive service advising or a related field is preferred.
UAE Driving Licence
Experience:
Proven experience 3 to 4 Years as a service advisor role within the automotive industry for Luxury cars
Spare Parts Knowledge .
