Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers professionally in
Arabic and English
Understand customer concerns and prepare accurate job cards
Explain repair requirements, estimates, and timelines clearly
Coordinate with technicians for diagnostics, repairs, and parts
Handle service processes for
multiple premium/luxury vehicle brands
Provide regular service updates to customers
Upsell value-added services while maintaining transparency
Ensure high customer satisfaction and CSI scores
Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and CRM entries
Requirements & Qualifications (Mandatory)
Minimum
3-5 years' experience as a Service Advisor
Hands-on experience with multi-brand premium / luxury vehicles
Arabic speaker - mandatory
(English required)
Strong customer handling and communication skills
Knowledge of automotive service workflow and repair processes
Experience using DMS / service management systems
Valid UAE driving license
Preferred (Added Advantage)
Experience with European luxury or exotic brands
Technical qualification or automotive diploma
Experience in high-end multi brand workshops
