Greet customers, prepare estimates, and schedule appointments.
Analyzed the work orders and discussed work with supervisors.
Prepare invoices.
Perform vehicle diagnostics.
Handle customer calls and respond to email inquiries.
Record customer vehicle service issues in company database.
Resolve customer complaints and minor customer service issues.
Perform customer follow-up contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
Schedule vehicle service appointments.
Welcome customers and make general assessments of vehicle issues.
Work to ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer issues.
Promote the service facilities to increase repeat business.
Perform after-sales follow-ups and develop strong relationships.
Guide employees in handling difficult and complex problems and in resolving escalating complaints and disputes.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Dealership Service Advisor experience required
Strong communication skill in English, Hindi & Urdu
Skilled at articulating customer issues with auto staff
Adapt at handling customer complaints in a professional efficient manner
Must have a valid UAE driving license

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
