Key Responsibilities
Administer Windows and Linux servers, including virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper-V
Perform patch management, antivirus updates, and backup/restore operations
Respond to and resolve infrastructure incidents efficiently
Support infrastructure-related projects, ensuring compliance with IT standards and procedures
Maintain high service availability in a 24/7 operational environment
Skills
Strong knowledge of server environments (Windows/Linux) and enterprise virtualization platforms
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible
Capable of managing backup solutions, patching tools, and antivirus systems
Effective communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills
Experience in infrastructure support within high-availability environments
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, diploma, or high school equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
1 to 3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service roles
Presentable and confident with a courteous demeanor
Team player with high emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and a proactive attitude
