Store SupervisorKey Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve customers politely, ensuring a great dining experience. Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and store services. Follow proper service steps (order taking, serving, billing). Keep tables, workstations, and service areas clean and well-stocked. Handle billing and payment transactions accurately. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards. Work as a team with staff and communicate with supervisors for smooth operations.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in restaurants/cafes (preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills (English required). Basic cash handling and billing knowledge. Ability to work under pressure and on feet for long hours. Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility in shifts.
