What You'll Do

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to each guest and guide them through the dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high service standards and attention to detail.
• Recommend dishes and menu pairings based on guest preferences.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set for service at all times.
• Assist with kitchen and back-of-house tasks as needed, including dishwashing and restocking.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to supervisors.
• Follow food safety regulations and ensure compliance with hygiene and alcohol service laws.
• Report any equipment or safety concerns to the duty manager.

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service within a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Friendly and professional communication skills with guests and colleagues.
• Able to lift and carry up to 23 kg and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Basic understanding of food handling procedures and alcohol service requirements.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
