Core Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service from start to finish.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction with meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Assist with stock management, keeping service areas fully supplied.
• Follow all food handling, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
• Support the restaurant team with additional duties such as setup, clearing, and assisting in the kitchen when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 23 kg, including bending and kneeling.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and guest service skills with a welcoming personality.
• Compliance with UAE food safety and alcohol service requirements.
