We're expanding our digital team to help our agents generate high-quality leads through a powerful online presence.

Our office is located in Business Bay in Dubai. Working remotely is optional and discussable as well as long as the results are there.

The Role

We're looking for a

strategic and hands-on SEO Specialist

who can transform our website, landing pages, and blogs into

lead-generating machines

.

Your mission: drive organic traffic, capture qualified buyers, and boost visibility for Dubai's most exciting developments. The main focus is to generate off-plan leads.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a full

SEO strategy

focused on

lead generation for off-plan properties

. Optimize landing pages, blogs, and microsites for

Google ranking and conversion

. Research and target high-intent keywords related to

Dubai off-plan projects, investment properties, and new developments

. Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to

align SEO with lead goals

. Track, analyze, and report on performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM data. Identify backlink and content growth opportunities to increase domain authority.

What You Bring

3+ years of

SEO experience

, preferably in

real estate or lead-generation-driven industries

. Proven track record in ranking websites and converting organic traffic into leads. Deep understanding of

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

. Experience with

WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics

, and similar tools. Excellent

English

writing and keyword optimization skills. Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in other additional languages are a pre.
