We specialise in international company formation, regulatory licensing (including VARA, DFSA, ADGM and DMCC), and strategic business structuring.

Our clients include high-net-worth individuals, investment firms, and international corporates establishing operations in the UAE and other key financial jurisdictions.

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing and performance strategy.

The successful candidate will have advanced expertise in Google Ads, SEM, SEO, PPC, analytics, and conversion optimisation, and a solid understanding of digital marketing within regulated industries such as financial services, corporate advisory, and crypto licensing.

Role Overview



This is a senior , hands-on role suited to a results-driven marketer who understands how to deliver compliant, high-performing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing sophisticated digital strategies that drive measurable growth, while ensuring full compliance with

Google's advertising policies and UAE regulatory frameworks.

You will be based full-time in our Dubai office and work closely with senior

management on the company's overall digital presence and lead generation objectives.

Key Responsibilities



-- Google Ads / SEM / PPC

-- Plan, build and optimise multi-channel Google Search, Display, YouT ube and Discovery campaigns.

-- Develop structured campaign frameworks with advanced keyword segmentation and negative keyword strategies.

-- Optimise performance using Smart Bidding, T arget CPA, T arget ROAS, and manual bidding methods.

-- Manage Performance Max, remarketing audiences and in-market segments.

-- Create compliant ad copy and landing pages tailored for financial and corporate structuring services.

-- Troubleshoot policy violations and maintain a strong record of compliance with Google Ads standards.

-- Continuously test creatives, ad groups and landing pages to enhance CTR, CPC, CPA and Quality Score.

-- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

-- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor benchmarking and content planning.

-- Manage all aspects of on-page optimisation including meta data, schema, internal linking and site architecture.

-- Oversee off-page SEO including link-building, authority outreach and digital PR in line with Google's E-E-A-T principles.

-- Carry out technical SEO audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.

-- Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness and overall crawl efficiency.

-- Conversion Optimisation & Landing Pages

-- Test high-converting landing pages using WordPress, Webflow or similar platforms.

-- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging, CTAs and user experience.

-- Coordinate with creative teams to align visual design and ad messaging.Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

-- Set up and manage tracking using Google T ag Manager (GTM) and

-- Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

-- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio for campaign performance and ROI analysis.

-- Establish data-driven attribution models to identify top-performing channels.

-- Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Compliance & Regulatory Awareness

-- Ensure all marketing activity complies with Google's advertising rules for financial and crypto-related products.

-- Liaise with internal compliance teams to align campaigns with UAE regulatory bodies such as VARA, DFSA, FSRA and ADGM.

Maintain documentation for ad approvals, verifications and policy communication with Google representatives.

Requirements



-- 5-8 years of experience in Google Ads, SEM, SEO and PPC campaign management.

-- Proven record of managing significant ad budgets (100,000+ AED per month) with strong ROI.

-- Proficient in GTM, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs and related analytics tools.

-- Deep understanding of Google Ads policies and compliance frameworks.

-- Strong grasp of search intent modelling, funnel design and attribution logic.

-- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

-- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred.

-- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate (this is a full-time, on site role).
