Role: SEO & PPC Specialist - Senior Role

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates(On-site)

Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift (aligned with Los Angeles working hours)

We are a fast-growing Security Services company building a strong marketing operations hub in Dubai to support our U.S. market. We are seeking a highly experienced SEO & PPC Specialist to drive performance marketing, improve search visibility, and generate qualified leads through data-driven digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, link building, and keyword optimization. Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis using Semrush, including keyword gap analysis for high-intent lead-generation keywords for U.S. markets. Drive Local SEO strategy, including Google Business Profile optimization, citations, reviews management, and location page optimization to improve map-pack rankings. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and remarketing), including structure, bidding strategies, match types, negative keywords, and cost control. Reduce CPL and CPA through continuous campaign testing, optimization, and performance tuning. Oversee conversion-focused landing page optimization and CRO, including A/B testing, UX optimization, and call-form lead improvement. Manage and optimize WordPress site structure, speed, SEO plugins, and performance. Implement GA4 tracking, conversion tracking, and call attribution to measure true ROI from campaigns. Track, analyze, and report SEO and PPC performance metrics with actionable insights. Work closely with proposal, design, and content teams to improve lead quality and funnel performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on SEO & PPC experience (U.S. or Western markets strongly preferred). Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE and available to join immediately. Proven track record in performance marketing, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaigns.

Expert proficiency in:

-Semrush (keyword research + competitor gap analysis)

-Google Analytics (GA4)

-Google Search Console

-Google Tag Manager

-WordPress SEO configurations and plugins

Strong knowledge of

:
-Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

-Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page performance

-Tracking, analytics, and call attribution systems

Ability to interpret data, implement improvements, and drive measurable growth. Organized, detail-driven, and capable of working independently under deadlines. Experience in security, government contracting, or services marketing advantageous. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work night shift aligned with U.S. (Los Angeles) operations.

This is an on-site role. Candidates must be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and immediate joiners preferred.
