Key Responsibilities:
SEO
Conduct keyword research to identify ranking opportunities and content gaps.
Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, URL structures, internal linking, etc.).
Implement technical SEO best practices (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, schema markup).
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns.
Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content strategies.
Track Google algorithm updates and implement necessary changes.
Paid Ads
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Analyze campaign performance, generate insights-driven reports, and optimize for ROI & ROAS.
Implement remarketing/retargeting strategies to increase conversions.
Research and test new audience segments & ad placements.
Stay updated on the latest paid media trends, ad policies, and algorithm changes.
Content & Social Media
Manage the company's
LinkedIn account
, including strategy, posting, and community engagement.
Create blog content for website & Linkedin
aligned with SEO goals and brand voice.
Ensure all content supports broader digital marketing and SEO strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO & Paid Ads (minimum 3+ years).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
Experience with e-commerce and local SEO is a bonus.
Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Analytics & Google Ads Certifications.
Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads is a plus.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing is beneficial.
