Job Description

We're seeking a results-driven SEO and Marketing Specialist to enhance our online visibility, generate quality leads, and position Shepherd HOA Management as the premier property management company in the UAE. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that attract property developers.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Website Optimization:

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings Conduct keyword research specific to property management, HOA services, and Dubai real estate Optimise website content, meta tags, headers, and landing pages Build high-quality backlink strategies and manage link-building campaigns Monitor and analyse SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements Optimise local SEO for Dubai and UAE markets (Google My Business, local directories)

Digital Marketing:

Create and manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns Develop content marketing strategies (blogs, case studies, guides for property owners) Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) Design email marketing campaigns targeting property developers and owners Create marketing materials and collateral for community management services Track and report on marketing KPIs, ROI, and conversion metrics Manage online reputation and review management

Lead Generation:

Develop lead generation funnels and conversion optimization strategies Create landing pages for different community management services Implement and optimise lead capture forms and CTAs Nurture leads through email marketing and retargeting campaigns Collaborate with sales team to ensure quality lead handoff

Content Creation:

Write SEO-optimised content for website, blogs, and social media Create engaging content about RERA compliance, service charges, and HOA management Develop case studies showcasing successful community management Design graphics and visual content for digital campaigns

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of proven SEO and digital marketing experience

Demonstrated track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads Experience with content management systems (WordPress preferred) Strong copywriting and content creation skills Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics for SEO purposes Experience with social media management and paid advertising Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making Strong project management and organisational skills

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate, property management, or B2B services marketing Knowledge of UAE market and local SEO strategies Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns) Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Video content creation and editing experience Arabic language skills (advantage) Understanding of property management or the real estate industry
