Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven

SEO and Digital Campaign Specialist

to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies that improve online visibility, drive targeted traffic, and support lead generation and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with strong expertise in SEO best practices and hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, content, internal linking, and site speed. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO alignment and improve organic rankings. Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Digital Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Manage campaign budgets, monitor ROI, and adjust strategies for maximum performance. Develop and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to nurture leads and increase conversions. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital channels. Support the content strategy by providing SEO-driven insights and campaign learnings. Identify emerging digital marketing trends, search engine updates, and tools to keep the company ahead of the curve. Provide recommendations for website and campaign improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Salary: 4000AED - 6000AED Per Month
