Prepare Baseline Project Schedules in compliance with contract requirements, using Primavera P6.

Review and integrate schedules related to Engineering, Procurement Fabrication, Construction, Pre commissioning and Commissioning.

Monitor Projects progress and update Weekly/Monthly schedules based on actual execution.
Prepare project planning deliverables including WBS, Manpower Histograms, S-Curves, Productivity reports, and resources loading plans.

Track critical path and highlight schedule risks, delay, and mitigation plans to management.
Conduct delay analysis, including EOT justification reports as per contractual guidelines.
Coordinate planning procurement for monitoring long lead item, vendor schedules and material availability to avoid delays.
Prepare Weekly and Monthly progress reports ,and present updates to management and Client.
Ensure compliance with standard, project specification and internal planning procedures.
Support cost control and budget tracking team by providing schedules based on forecasts and progress validation.
