We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Senior Waiter
to lead service operations on the floor. The ideal candidate will supervise wait staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high service standards in line with the restaurant's brand.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily floor service operations Lead, guide, and support waiters and service staff Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer concerns professionally Take orders and oversee food and beverage service Maintain service quality, hygiene, and presentation standards Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations Train new staff and support team development
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
