Greet guests warmly and ensure a professional, welcoming dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen efficiently
Serve food and beverages according to service standards and presentation guidelines
Supervise, guide, and support waiters and trainees during shifts
Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset in a timely manner
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, specials, and promotions
Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
Assist in training new team members
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
2-4 years' experience
as a Waiter in a hotel or restaurant
Previous experience in a
Senior Waiter / Captain
role is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead and motivate junior staff
Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
