Senior Visualizer

Key Responsibilities:

Independently develop and deliver high-quality visualizations and renderings for various design projects. Maintain creative oversight and ensure quality control across all visual deliverables. Utilize the latest design software, tools, and technologies to produce top-tier presentations and renderings. Develop and maintain a comprehensive software library tailored to architectural visualization needs. Collaborate closely with architects and designers to visualize construction and design concepts. Present and articulate visual content effectively to internal teams and clients. Produce static visualizations and animated walkthroughs across multiple media. Translate architectural concepts into visual formats using a range of graphic and presentation tools. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in visualization and digital design.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in visual design or architectural visualization. Strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility and visualization skills. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Microsoft Office. Experience in logo design, typography, print and digital media, image curation, and packaging design is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
