We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Visualizer with a strong background in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience working in an architectural firm and will possess a keen eye for detail, creativity, and technical expertise. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations that effectively communicate design intent and enhance client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
Create detailed 3D models and realistic renderings of architectural projects using industry-standard software.
Develop and maintain a library of textures, materials, and lighting setups to ensure high-quality visual outputs.
Produce both interior and exterior visualizations, including site plans and landscaping.
Present visualizations to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance visualization techniques.
Mentor junior visualizers and assist in their professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of
5-8 years of professional experience in 3D visualization within an architectural firm.
Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite
.
Strong understanding of
architectural design principles and construction processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and expertise in architectural visualization.
