Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute high-quality video productions from concept through final delivery, ensuring creative excellence at every stage.

Develop video-led creative strategies that support brand storytelling and business objectives.

Oversee and contribute directly to filming, lighting, audio capture, editing, color grading, and motion graphics.

Ensure brand consistency across all video content, maintaining visual style, tone, and messaging.

Align creative output with marketing, sales, and organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities

Creative & Video Leadership

Act as a senior creative voice, guiding the visual direction of video projects while remaining hands-on in production and post-production.

Mentor and collaborate with junior videographers, editors, and creatives, setting high standards for craft and storytelling.

Video Strategy & Concept Development

Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling video concepts and narratives.

Partner with stakeholders to ideate, pitch, and refine video concepts across campaigns, social, brand, and internal communications.

Production & Post-Production Execution

Lead on-set video production, including camera operation, lighting design, audio, and directing talent.

Own the post-production process: editing, sound design, color correction, motion graphics, and final delivery across platforms.

Project Management

Manage video projects end-to-end, including timelines, workflows, and deliverables.

Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines.

Brand Stewardship & Quality Control

Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and creative standards.

Review and refine edits, providing clear, constructive feedback to elevate final outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to ensure video content supports broader campaigns and initiatives.

Budget & Resource Management

Manage production budgets, equipment, and resources.

Coordinate with freelancers, talent, and vendors as needed to scale production.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay current with video trends, platforms, and emerging technologies.

Introduce new tools, techniques, and workflows to enhance creative output and efficiency.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
