Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Content Manager / Senior Videographer & Photographer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content creation, from concept to camera to client delivery, and will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, creative direction, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Lead photography and videography across multiple client accounts, from planning to postproduction. Develop creative concepts, moodboards, and campaign ideas in line with client briefs Capture and edit high quality, platform optimized content for social media Collaborate with Account Managers, designers, and editors to deliver projects on time Present ideas and moodboards to clients with confidence and clarity. Maintain consistent communication with clients during the content production process. Ensure deadlines are met across multiple client accounts. Manage shoot schedules and mentor junior videographers/photographers Stay updated on industry trends, social formats, and AI-driven creative tool Incorporate renders, stock assets, and AI-driven tools into storytelling where relevant Capture high quality photography and videography content. Edit and deliver polished, platform optimized assets for social media. Ensure a strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and post-production software.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, or content manager within an agency or brand environment. Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and creative direction. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom). Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Understanding of social media content formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories, Carousels) Knowledge of AI video tools and motion graphics is a strong plus. Collaborative, adaptable, and highly creative mindset.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
