Salaries: 2000-5000 AED Benefits: Employment Visa Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Consultant for our Travel Agency.
Expected Start Date: 01/06/2023
- Proven work experience in a travel agency in UAE.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable with Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre ticket portal.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Should be energetic and passionate to bring new customers.
- Fully acknowledge with hotel booking/ holidays/ cruise/ visit visa and Schengen visas as well.
- Productivity & Efficiency.
- Responsible for supporting the operational recommendations to achieve customer service.
- Minimum of 2+years experience of successful Ticketing experience by using GDS Amadeus/Galileo in the travel and tourism Industry, UAE mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills? Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results.
- Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport building skills.
- Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills.
- GDS-Knowledge ( Galileo/Amadeus)
- Computer Literacy. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- 5years: 2 years (Required)
