JOB DESCRIPTION
o Mashreq Bank UAE is running a transformation project to replace Liquidity Management application from GTS Matrix to OBLM (Oracle Banking Liquidity Management).The incumbent will be responsible for testing and validation support in the system as per Bank's internal policies and requirements. Mandatory-Knowledge of MT103 + MT202 ( SWIFT Payments) 3 Dimensions KPI No valid disc. Miss/ No Ops Loss TAT Adherence Ensure all KPI's are met. No miss out on valid discrepancies. Zero TAT misses. Control Adherence Control requirements Customer satisfaction and control effectiveness All controls specified to be met. All maintenance/test cases to be processed with accuracy and to meet the SLA 4 Key Result Areas o This position must ensure accurate and efficient understanding along with sound knowledge of Liquidity Management (Sweeping and Pooling). o Strong knowledge of OBLM application in terms of maintenance set-ups such as Onboarding, Account parameters, Frequency, Sweep types. o Perform User Acceptance testing in OBLM application. o Validation of migrated data from GTS Matrix to OBLM in production. o Qlik report validation in UAT and production. o Support postproduction requirements. o Defect Retesting. o While executing retesting, tester must ensure all aspects are being tested and not only the defect specific o Provide training to production staffs. 5 Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships o Multi-discipline, multi-cultural work force involving financial processes across UAE & IBG region o Competitive environment, constant endeavor to maintain edge in the market, Quality of service is the key in this model, has to cater to different business segments (CIBG/IBG) as per distinguished needs.
