JOB DESCRIPTION
o o Design and execute test cases for wealth management and trading applications. o Validate Arabic and English language interfaces for accuracy and compliance. o Perform User Acceptance Testing and functional testing for digital onboarding, trading workflows, and customer lifecycle journeys o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure test coverage. o Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. o Document defects and track resolution through tools like JIRA or other tools. o 5-7 years of QA experience in financial services, preferably in capital markets, investment banking, or wealth management. o Strong understanding of trading platforms, order management systems, and digital wealth ecosystems. o Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). o Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and scripting (Optional) o Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. o Strong communication skills and sound knowledge of all testing lifecycle and process. o Experience in channel testing such as mobile banking, internet banking, SMS/Emails etc. o ISTQB or equivalent QA certification. o Experience with multi-asset class platforms and broker-neutral systems. o Exposure to UAE Pass integration, KYC workflows, and digital onboarding. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. o Experience in using automation tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks is an added advantage.
