JOB DESCRIPTION
o Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand UAT requirements. o Design and execute UAT test cases based on business scenarios. o Identify, document, and track defects and issues. o Validate fixes and ensure resolution of reported issues. o Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements and testing scope. o Provide regular updates and reports on UAT progress and outcomes. o Ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards. o 5-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on UAT. o Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Wealth Management. o Experience in writing and executing test cases based on business requirements. o Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong communication and documentation abilities. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with stakeholders. o Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). o Understanding of financial instruments, trading platforms, or portfolio management systems. o ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus. o Experience in UAE Equity market
