Language: Excellent in English
JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work. Standard Accountability
  • Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service
  • Teach a tennis which caters for all adult and children guests, incorporating group coaching, social tennis and private lessons.
  • Assist in the preparation, organisation and delivery of several tennis tournaments and events
  • Promote the tennis programme and actively aim to increase participation to maximise revenue
  • Ensure health and safety is to the highest standard both on and off the courts.
  • Take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of the tennis equipment and the satisfactory appearance of all our venues to ensure the meeting of customer expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications: Coaching Certificate.
Minimum Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in coaching
