Role Purpose:



The Technical Sales Engineer will utilize sales knowledge in the marine propulsion and generators with experience in pumps, ventilation to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets with marine OEM's and refit sectors. Collaborate closely with clients and suppliers to align strategies and effectively meet company objectives.



Key Accountablitites:


Cultivate strong relationship with boat builders, OEM's, mechanical engineers to secure projects involving propulsion and generator systems Identify and engage new end-user customer to establish long term agreements, coordinating with key supply & installation process. Work closely with the engineers ensuring compliance with the installation standards. You will be responsible for converting opportunities from creation through to close. Communicating with our internal team, suppliers and Clients. Ensure sales targets are achieved in line with the supplier and clients' expectations. Stay updated on industry trends to demonstrate products to the customers, identify potential projects and market opportunities Provide expert advice on product selection and application to boost sales Maintain CRM records and generate sales forecasts for management Collaborate internally to streamline project processes and ensure customer satisfaction Identify case study opportunities and collaborate with marketing for promotion Stay updated on industry regulation, customer preferences and competitor activities to adapt strategies Coordinate projects, tenders and technical support with supplier and internal team As part of your role, you are required to attend boat shows, exhibitions, and any other events organized, sponsored, or participated in by Exalto Emirates, as this is essential for supporting our business objectives and ensuring the professional representation of the company.


Required Qualifications:



Master/Bachelor degree in business or a related field, with project management skills

ERP software knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications

Strong proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings and building plans

Technical aptitude for mechanical products


Required Experience:



5+ years of Experience in the Marine mechanical systems

Proven track record in sales growth, key account management, and business development

Excellent relationship-building skills with architects and developers
