Job Description

Responsibilities:

Technical Oversight & Site Coordination:

Supervise day-to-day technical operations on-site, particularly for high-rise building projects. Ensure that construction work is carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and Dubai regulatory standards (DM, Trakhees, DDA ).

Drawings & Submittals:

Review and approve shop drawings and coordinate with the design team. Prepare and follow up on material submittals and ensure all materials meet project specifications and standards.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical conflicts and ensure project continuity. Attend and contribute to technical meetings, and report issues and updates to project management.

Problem Solving & Value Engineering:

Identify technical challenges and propose cost-effective and practical solutions. Recommend value engineering alternatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality.

Compliance & Quality Control:

Ensure full compliance with Dubai construction laws, building codes, and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, ). Participate in QA/QC inspections and review inspection reports to ensure standards are maintained.

Documentation & Project Handover:

Prepare necessary technical documentation for project handover, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals. Support the handover process by coordinating with consultants and clients for final inspections and approvals.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in construction of high-rise buildings. UAE experience is mandatory especially within Dubai.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera. Solid understanding of structural, MEP, and architectural systems in high-rise construction.

Regulatory Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of Dubai regulations and authority requirements (DDA, DM, DEWA, Civil Defense).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work under pressure.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

PMP, LEED, or health & safety certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
