Job Description

? Create request for information (RFI) for a complete technical understanding of the project and drawing log.

? Maintain a shop drawings log with the dates & status.

? Create 3D models based on concept drawing and provide standard components.

? Produce detailed 2D approval drawings for individual items of furniture for approval.

? To revise drawings based on client's comments and feedback.

? Produce and check detailed production parts drawings for in house factory and outsource.

? Maintain a detailed projected time plan of all items for submission

? Prepare material list and quantities for long lead items and assist order to procurement teams.

? Analyze value engineering options for millworks when detailing of drawings.

? Provide technical support to Estimation, Procurement, and PM's

? Work in an organized fashion to ensure successful completion of projects. Includes: maintaining personal task/to do lists, time management.

? Make site visits where necessary.

? Attend weekly meetings if require to do.

? Collaborate with the team to establish timelines and budgets, as well as solve problems.

? Ability to analyze possible and come up with creative solutions.

? Maintaining 3D library and 2D templates in team folder

Qualifications:

Degree of Architecture or Civil engineering is a plus

4 years minimum experience in Joinery and Retail

Adapt flexible working hours and able to handle under pressure.
