We are currently seeking a motivated, technology savvy recruiting professional to work closely with our Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent. This role will suit individuals with a passion for customer excellence and collaboration to meet our hiring needs. It\'s an outstanding time to join Siemens Energy. Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, you will work alongside a global team of TA Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists.
Your responsibilities
End to end responsibility for recruiting in countries/divisions within ME region.
Maintain a deep understanding of the current labour market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence
Create and maintain excellent relationships with our stakeholders.
Build and maintain a community of potential future candidates against hiring plan, ensuring excellent communication and experience for our candidates
Apply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify, source and secure talents through appropriate channels including our ATS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc
Promote inclusion at Siemens Energy by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions
Assess candidates by conducting phone screens and/or video interviews (live and on-demand), document feedback and ensure follow-up with hiring managers
Drive and achieve TA Transformation plans
Take ownership of recruiting projects, such as ramp ups in a country or recruiting drives.
Comprehensive understanding of the labor trends affecting the Middle East
Have a keen understanding of business needs and anticipated growth.

What You Bring
8-10 years of extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition professional gained from an inhouse, agency or RPO environment.
Prior experience in a regional role with large scale complex organizations.
Experienced in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple social media and channels such as LinkedIn, etc.
Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision making
Customer orientated in managing and exceeding expectations
A strong work ethic - Sets high standards and works diligently and quickly
Curious - Has a genuine eagerness to understand, learn and try new things
Self-motivated - Sees the big picture with a desire to achieve goals and win. Takes initiative and loves the hunt
Strong Negotiation, Influencing and Sales Skills.
