Role Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead Talent Acquisition initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector of Johnson & Johnson, across the Africa, Middle East, and Turkey region. In addition to leading all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a trusted business partner and subject matter expert to key stakeholders while delivering a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of J&J\'s long term and short-term strategies by acting as a trusted talent advisor to implement enterprise-wide talent development and management strategies to attract, assess, select, and develop an impactful, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Understand and implement business priorities, workforce planning outcomes, regional current and future capability requirements while integrating any specific talent challenges into a compelling narrative and actionable plans.
  • Lead the end-to-end processes of acquiring exceptional talent at all levels in alignment with strategic objectives and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate in a culture of agile thinking, driving an outstanding candidate experience through a fast, adaptive, iterative recruiting approach, ensuring hyper-connectivity & visibility across multiple partner groups.
  • Increase business intimacy by storytelling through data and increased business partnership
  • Identify talent needs and capability gaps to influence, shape and drive effective recruiting strategies tailored to the most critical talent needs across their respective business/geography.
  • Implement Regional Diversity strategies in partnership with key partners (Business/Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, Office of Diversity & Inclusion, etc.).
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of dedicated recruitment experience, preferably within inhouse recruitment
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic is required
  • Experience within the pharma or healthcare industry is strongly preferred
  • A track record of successfully recruiting talent across various levels, from entry-level to senior positions.
  • A strong emphasis on achieving operational excellence and exceeding metrics
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • A steadfast commitment to stakeholder and customer satisfaction
  • Strong partnership and relationship-building skills, fostering valuable connections with key stakeholders
  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume recruitment
  • Proficiency in developing and applying TA analytics to identify trends, and guide data-driven decisions
  • A relentlessly positive and collaborative approach
