Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent across a range of positions while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred to support recruitment across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, external agencies, and universities.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in financial services, Fintech, or brokerage environments.
  • Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Based in Dubai and available to work onsite.
