We are currently recruiting for a Senior Supervisor to join our Cash Operations team in our Transguard Abu Dhabi Office.
Scope: The Senior Supervisor - Cash Operations Abu Dhabi is responsible for monitoring day-to-day Cash and ATM First Line Maintenance operational activities during the respective shift, ensuring compliance with Company SOPs, regulatory instructions, and Customer SLAs.
Financial:

• Ensure optimal deployment of route staff according to allocated resources.
• Maintain records of new and existing business for resource reconciliation.
• Conduct route analysis and optimization to accommodate new and existing business services.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and control operational costs to avoid any financial impacts.

Customer:

• Provide timely and satisfactory responses to internal and external operational correspondence.
• Proactively communicates any expected service delays or misses to customers.
• Closely monitor new business, prime customers, emergency, and special services.
• Maintain and update Cash in Transit (CIT)/ATM customer data.
• Conduct briefings for new customers to ensure understanding of services.

Process:

• Prepare and send daily Crew deployment report (CDR) to TG Command Centre and regulatory authorities; send amendments to ASSD for staff absences or vehicle changes.
• Ensure staff compliance with SOPs, company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide operations supervisors on routine services, team dispatch/arrivals, and monitor all teams for timely service completion; resolve or escalate unforeseen issues.
• Maintain records of daily services, staff nominal roll, annual leave schedules, and regulatory training.
• Inspect staff posture and grooming to align with company and regulatory standards.

Innovation:

• Analyze operational route data to optimize efficiency.
• Identify and implement processes and solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Encourage staff to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Promote collaboration and teamwork by adopting innovative strategies in daily operations.

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry, specifically in cash services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of ATM, Cash deposit machines (CDM), Smart Cash deposit machines (SCDM), and Cash in Transit (CIT) operations.
• Strong communication, staff handling, and time management skills.
• Proficient in reporting, customer management, and performance management.
• Strong literacy skills in MS Office, including Email, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory laws related to cash operations.
