Purpose:

Responsible for managing marketing campaigns, social media, public relations and in park activations for MOTIONGATE(TM) Dubai.

Main Duties:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to build the MOTIONGATE(TM) Dubai annual marketing strategy and plan, along with seasonal and tactical plans.
  • Work closely with creative agency and the in-house graphic designer to deliver marketing campaigns aligned to the overall strategy
  • Work closely with the PR agency to deliver press releases, media engagements, events, and influencer management
  • Oversea and provide guidance to the marketing executive to deliver the social media calendar
  • Work with procurement and finance to manage marketing budget and drive financial efficiency
  • Analyse global and regional competitors
  • Key point of contact for creation of content and distribution of internal communications.
  • Monitor, assess and report the performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Work directly with B2B sales & revenue management colleagues to launch and develop new products and promotions.
Experience

Essential
  • Min. 5 years of Marketing experience with similar responsibilities
  • Local market knowledge
Desirable * Previous experience in the leisure and entertainment industry

Qualifications

Essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant
Desirable * Master's degree in Marketing or relevant

Skills:

Essential
  • Ability to multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Language; English native speaker
  • Understanding of GCC cultural and traditional nuances
  • Proactive, conscientious, and detailed oriented
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Email marketing platform experience
  • Practical experience using digital ad platforms (Google and Facebook ads qualified)
  • Experience executing radio and OOH campaigns
  • Experience with Google Analytics
Desirable * Experience using VGS ticketing system
  • Experience updating content on Drupal websites
  • Experience working with IPs
