Within Chalhoub Group, working as a Senior Associate in Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for providing professional support in a wide range of marketing activities, working closely with our brands, commercial and local market teams. You will also be responsible for interpreting, adapting, and planning brand marketing plans, keeping in mind the brand standards, market & consumer needs, as well as our yearly marketing budget. Your role is within the strategic team, for our regional brands in the GCC, and within the PRESTIGE division, which handles brands such as: Fragrances, Lifestyle and Makeup. This role will be focused on Make up, handling Nars and Pat McGrath brands.
What you\'ll be doing:
Marketing:
Building marketing plans/calendar for the brand in the different markets, retail stores and retail chains
Building launch plans for any new launches provided by the brand
Build, maintain and update a good CRM database with the help of the local markets, and work on dedicated and targeted marketing communication for this database
Demonstrate creativity in coming up with marketing activities that are new and targeted to our market
Coordinate with advertising and PR agencies on the media and marketing plans
Follow up closely and on a day to day basis with our local teams in order to ensure that the marketing and trade activities are being done as per brand standards and agreed strategy
Build a marketing plan per market and per retail store in accordance with the budget given
Work closely with the VM team to ensure that the campaigns are out on time in the retail stores, and as per brand standards
Retail:
Focus on our retail stores in the region in order to ensure growth and positive store profit
Work closely with the brand trainer & local teams to ensure that our frontliners are up to brand standards & knowledgeable about all launches and activities
Work on tailor-made & targeted retail marketing activities to: raise awareness, drive traffic, convert & acquire data
Collaborate with the local teams to drive a KOPIS based plan to support / boost performance of stores
Strategic/Commercial:
Channel all brand information, strategy and goals to the different stakeholders
Maintain the marketing budget and monitor the sellout in order to determine under or over spends
Maintain an open line of communication as well as a good partnership with our stakeholders: Brands, local markets, retail teams and frontliners
Assist the brand manager with presentations & discussions with our key regional retailers, in regards to brand launches, locations & activations
Work on monthly activity reports and results to present to the brands
Prepare monthly expense reports to share with the brand management team
Driving results through marketing activities, in line with overall brand strategy
Working with key KPIs in mind when it comes to all the marketing activities
