Job Description

1. Act as a point of contact for all the members in counselling team and to report to the Branch Manager in all matters regarding the overall team targets, assigned KPIs and any issues or concerns related to the team.

2. Guiding students on international Universities/colleges application procedures, scope and cost. And supervising the team members in day-to-day matters and to provide necessary information as and when required.

3. Building strong referrals in market and ensuring that all measures have been taken for the good student conversions.

4. Accept the line manager's task allocations and report sales figures each month.

5. Answering inquiries from potential student clients and make sales of education service.

6. Advising potential students on education opportunities in different countries (UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia and Australia).

7. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.

8. Evaluate student's attributes and assist them in realizing their objectives.

9. Maintaining excellent relations with potential students through school visit or social media.

10. Informing and selling all of the education services to potential clients.

11. Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by the management, complete evaluations, analyze results and provide purposeful feedback.

12. Help students select the right university or programs for their needs.

13. Able to work under target pressure and willing to communicate with students.

14. In addition to the duties specified above, you are obliged to follow all reasonable instructions of the Employer, the management of the Employer, or the designated supervisor.

15. You are required to faithfully, diligently, and competently execute the tasks and duties assigned to you. You are also required to comply with the Employer's code of conduct or company policy and act in the best interests of the employer at all times.

16. You must not engage in any other business or employment outside your employment with the Employer without the prior approval of the Employer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
