• Work alongside senior leadership to plan and lead on the development of leisure and hospitality strategies that are in line with the client brief, vision and ambition
• Offer guidance and consulting expertise to the client throughout all stages of the project life cycle from initial research and planning, concept design, brand strategy and asset creation
• Leverage deep industry understanding to position the organisation as a thought leader in luxury hospitality in the region via publishing white papers and attending industry events
• Develop robust operational frameworks across the organisation to ensure the delivery of projects on time and in budget
• Lead the organisations RFP response activity and identify new business opportunities to grow the portfolio of clients
• Provide ongoing training, coaching and mentoring support to the staff to encourage their development and increase overall capabilities within the team

• Proven work experience within an international consulting firm creating strategies in the luxury hospitality, tourism and destination design sectors
• Experience developing and implementing corporate wide frameworks and toolkits to improve efficiency and consistency without impacting on the creative process
• Exposure to research and benchmarking activities, with the ability to interpret data to ensure all deliverables are best in class based on all available evidence and market insights
• Ability to manage the financial requirements of each project, including identifying appropriate business development opportunities to expand and grow the company
• Exceptional presentation skills including compelling story telling, with the ability to craft narratives that help sell the strategies in development
