Employment: Full Time. Gulf Dunes Landscape and Agricultural Services is looking for a Senior Store Keeper. Roles and Responsabilities:

Manages the Store Function by optimizing the Costs / Deliveries and quality is maintained.
Implement and drive continuous improvement activities and best practices.
Material management and store keeping executive.
Ensuring health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed.
To maintain and monitor the inventories of store items and Raw Material.
Receive deliveries of materials, verifies quantities delivered and inspects for damages.
Liaise with team and other department such as Production, Quality and Maintenance to ensure the incoming materials are on time, with quality and are reliable.
Prepare and maintain records concerning the receipt and issuance of materials.
Drafting a plan to carry out loading and offloading activities.
Work accordingly the HR policies.
Coordinating with Freight forwarder and transport provider for smooth transportation of goods.

Identifying the areas for cost saving and implementing the same successfully.
Manage spending against budget, controlling spending in relation to changes in production volume
Safety stock level to be defined and implemented to avoid production stoppages.
