Purpose: To provide excellent service to all the customers, being at all times helpful, cheerful, & knowledgeable about the products involved. Maintain Retails standards in all ways for the effective running of the store.
Key Responsibilities: -
Store Operations
Ensure the highest standard of merchandising is maintained in store at all times.
Ensure that all sections are neat & clean. All the items correctly priced
Ensure that the Brand delivers what has been promised to the customer consistently & flawlessly.
Creating the culture of best customer service at the store.
Convincing customers to take Shukran card, or buy gift cards
Maximizing sales by promoting the highest standards of customer care.
Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence.
Handling Banking & cash responsibility
Customer Service
Build relationships with customers
Ensure that the Customer queries and complaints are resolved immediately
Provide the highest standards of customer service by demonstrating excellent knowledge of products and services.
Building Rapport with customers & taking their feedback.
Inventory Management
Ensure following in regard to stock
Correct rotation of stock on the shelves.
Maintaining adequate stock on shelves & correct signage's are displayed.
An organized & time efficient approach to process in coming & out going stock
Accurate stock ordering to maximize sales
Check on replenishments
