Key Responsibilities:
? Participate in coordinating with other departments in the identification of annual manpower requirements, based on the approved department's strategy and organization structure
? Apply analytical thinking skills to rationalize and communicate with stakeholders in case of any deviations from the workforce plan/budget
? Provide inputs and support in the HR strategic planning process, and identify relevant data to track achievement against KPIs
? Draft and maintain specific, effective and efficient s.
? Participate in developing and seeking new sourcing strategies to select the targeted group of talent, carry out the continuous process of identifying efficient, original and cost-effective recruitment channels and methods
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or other relevant discipline
? Proficient in Arabic and a good command of English.
? 6-8 years' experience with at least 6 years' experience in a similar role
? 6 years working experience in the UAE, with appropriate familiarity with the UAE market and regulations
