Education Level:MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent in International Business & Management, Business Engineering, Economics Computer Science.Proven experience of working within an IT service framework (ITIL) throughout the service lifecycleExperience in driving process and service improvements by studying current practicesPrior hands-on experience supporting the operational/service transition.Knowledge and experience of working in a business analyst capacity with ability to quickly understand business processes.Application of service management process methodologies and tools including: Relationship management; Contract management, Supplier management, Demand management.Excellent facilitation, consultation, and influencing skills including experience with outsourced service providers.Excellent skills using IT applications to organize and analyze data.Excellent multicultural communication and solid presentation skillsAbility to work independently as well in a team.Ability to succeed in a dynamic, rapidly changing, highly matrixed business environment.ITIL Foundation and ITIL Service Operation CertificationSix-Sigma Yellow Belt CertificationExperience with Service Now ITSM Tool (Incident, Problem & Change)Project Management experience on small to medium sized projects with demonstrated knowledge of project management processes and methodologiesExperience with Software development life cycle (SDLC) framework, SDLC Models & MethodologiesWe are seeking energetic, forward-thinking professionals to join our Information Technology group in our Company office in Prague.
