Main Tasks/Responsibilities
Operational Tasks:
xMeeting the recruitment needs of organizational units and providing support in identifying job requirements and required skills.
xAttract and select suitable candidates for job vacancies.
xAdvertise job vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.
xOrganize and participate in recruitment fairs to attract talent.
xWork on improving the candidate experience in addition to developing and improving communication channels with candidates to ensure transparency and smoothness of the recruitment process.
xFollow up on the list of vacancies in coordination with the relevant organizational units and in accordance with the workforce plan.
xEnsure that all candidate files are complete and ready in accordance with the recruitment requirements to be sent to the Personnel Affairs Department.
xManage logistics services and communicate with new employees before they start work and ensure that security requirements and all related procedures are completed.
xProvide consultations and guidance to organizational units regarding recruitment and Emiratization policies and procedures.
xPrepare periodic reports to organizational units on recruitment developments to support the decision-making process.
xParticipate in setting recruitment priorities for jobs that require immediate appointment.
xFollow up on contracts of all types and ensure that the necessary steps are taken for renewal according to the specified period in line with the approved policies.
xCoordination with organizational units and conducting introductory workshops regarding any developments in recruitment and Emiratization processes.
xFor approved procedures and policies.
Periodic follow-up of recruitment processes to ensure their implementation in accordance with
xSubmitting proposals and identifying areas for improvement that contribute to developing current recruitment processes.
xCommunicating with recruitment companies, accredited agencies, universities, and colleges.
xCommunicating with companies that provide services to contractors to inform them of all contractor developments.
xManaging the contracting of collaborators in the company in cooperation with organizational units effectively, which contributes to enhancing work efficiency.
xContributing to recruitment and workforce planning policies to ensure that they are suitable for requirements in line with best practices.
xContributing to creating, developing, and reviewing the systems and procedures manual of the department.
xDevelop effective localization strategies that are consistent with the company's needs and policies.
xIdentify, analyze and classify the results of recruitment needs at the company level. Joint tasks
In conjunction with all organizational units in the department; to ensure smooth operations.
xComply with all laws, procedures and controls regarding health, safety and environmental policies in order to create a risk-free work environment
xCommitment to maintaining the confidentiality of information in all dealings, and not to disclose any third party to the privacy of the work.
xTo the directives of the direct manager.
Perform any other work or tasks related to the job duties according to the minimum job requirements.
Academic qualifications
Academic degree: Bachelor's degree from an academic institution recognized by the United Arab Emirates.
Specialized certifications such as CIPD or SHRM or other in the field of human resources terms.
