Prime responsibilities will be coordination of internal communication campaigns and employee engagement opportunities, logistics & execution support for All Employee Meetings, content creation (templates, slide design, surveys, photos and videos), management of reporting, calendars and dashboards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create employee engagement activities in line with global and EM priorities and campaigns
Drive positive employee engagement through creative employee competitions, events and other participation opportunities
Elevate Emerging Markets\xe2\x80\x99 key success stories or moments by developing impactful story ideas, internal articles and content and publishing in key internal channels
Content creation for internal channels \xe2\x80\x93 i.e., email templates, photos, articles, polls/surveys, short videos, etc.
Support in executing and elevating the Managing Director\'s communication and content across all the internal channels
Assist with quarterly all employee meetings by helping to execute the run-of-show, presentation, collaborating with stakeholders, creating, and sourcing inspiring content, visuals, and videos as well as the logistics ensuring a smooth broadcast to all countries in Emerging Markets
Work closely with HR to execute communication framework for employee surveys, awards and recognition opportunities.
Maintain editorial content and activity calendar management for all internal channels
Work closely with the Brand team to execute internal communication strategies and campaigns that align with external Brand launches and campaigns.
Use comms dashboards to extract data and develop quarterly reports and key insights.
Support with new opportunities for stakeholders and employees to connect virtually and feel a part as ONE team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
University degree in marketing/communication/graphic design
2-3 years working experience in a communications, content creation department or social media management agency
Comprehensive understanding of communication and business topics
Excellent storytelling and creative visual skills, including video production and slide design
Certified in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, and skilled in video/animation creation and editing (Adobe Premiere Elements)
Experienced in project managing and coordinating content for activities/events
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (quality, consistency and accuracy)
Effective team player who can work collaboratively across functions.
Experienced in working with or within HR or an interest in community organizing, and diversity and inclusion is a plus
Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments
