We are seeking a talented Digital Services & Partnership Senior Specialist in our Mobile Experience team, who will be responsible for identifying new opportunities by analysing market needs and materialising requirements and features based on the analysis to gain in-house solutions' competitiveness. They will develop solution and service launching strategies and plan a global expansion in relation to the target market, and secure a lead in solutions by developing a product-related mid-to-long-term roadmap.
Skills and Qualifications
How You Will Make An ImpactDifferentiation strategy setting - Promote strategies and plan differentiation concepts for in-house solutions by analysing existing in-house solutions' advantages over competitors. New opportunity identification - Drive the identification of new opportunities through related industry technology trends analysis, market projection and survey on the market response to the existing solutions. Commercialisation management - Facilitate commercialisation of the product in cooperation with the development team. Mid- to long-term roadmap and strategy setting - Drive to get a lead in solutions by setting a product-related Mid- to long-term roadmap. Services planning - Drive the launch of competitive services by deriving product features that cater to market needs.

What You'll Need2-4 years of relevant experience in Competitor's technology trends analysis and insight derivation Engineering degree in Computer Science, or similar, with IT industry Demonstrated ability working in or with Fintech payment platform providers such as online payment gateway, issuing platform, and card networks Knowledge of the payment ecosystems, understanding of payment processing Technical depth and business confidence to articulate various product choices and assert and defend positions regarding the definition and priority of features. Be able to handle customers' issues and escalate them to the relevant department Design and activate an Integrated Marketing Communication plan spanning from ATL to Retail & E-commerce with direct oversight of Paid and Owned Channels planning and execution. Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams as well as lead the external media and creative agencies, and third-party partners. Ability to navigate international cultures, work across time zones.
