Job Description

Your areas of responsibilities:
  • Order processing via phone, email or EDI package
  • Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
  • Supporting accounts payable and finance department
  • Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners. Handle customer complaints & after sales complaints
  • Carry out administrative and organizational tasks. Manage office related purchases, answering calls, invoices & expenses
  • Responsible for maintaining the CR processes and impementation
Your profile of qualification:
  • College or commercial education.
  • Ideally strong work experience in customer service and in SAP or any ERP System
  • Good to have prior team lead experience
  • Good MS Office knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, structured
