Job Description

Contract Management & Procurement Support


Serve as the dedicated Legal Business Partner for the Procurement, Finance, HR, and other corporate support departments. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements, including vendor/supplier contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) (excluding Air Services Agreements), and Non-Commercial Agreements with non-governmental entities. Provide critical legal input into the vendor/supplier Request for Proposal (RFP) process in collaboration with Finance and Procurement, specifically drafting legal clauses and ensuring GCAA is protected from a legal standpoint. Maintain, update, and standardize terms and conditions and legal clauses for reoccurring projects and contract types to ensure consistency and efficiency. Manage and provide legal input regarding vendor claims arising from out-of-scope services or contractual disputes. Governance & Policy Compliance


Draft and review legal content for all new or revised GCAA corporate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE federal laws (e.g., labor law adherence to FAHR guidelines, financial regulations, and administrative mandates). Conduct ongoing periodic reviews of all existing corporate policies to ensure continuous compliance and relevance to the prevailing legal environment. * Identify, allocate, and formalize Legal Business Partner arrangements for each sector/department to streamline corporate legal support requests.
