Our ideal candidate will be a Chef with a strong background in Italian / Mediterranean cooking and one who has worked in the luxury/lifestyle environment - high volume, high revenue turnover, independent restaurants with new opening experience too.
Restaurant background rather than hotels please!
Must be a good kitchen manager who is strong on Health & safety, costings, ordering, stock control and team leadership.
Strong international experience is preferred, ideally to have worked in International food hubs around the world.
Must be able to manage a large multi-cultural kitchen team.
Salary Package Offered: negotiable for the right CHEF!
