Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Sourcing Executive

to manage and optimize our procurement activities. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality oil and gas drilling materials and services at optimal costs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to support operational requirements and drive cost-effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities / KPIs:

Ensure a consistent and adequate supply of materials for the Ras Al Khaimah manufacturing unit to maintain operational efficiency. Monitor the flow of required supplies to optimize productivity and maintain a reliable supply chain. Plan and manage the procurement department budget; generate and submit monthly or quarterly reports as per management requirements. Research market trends and provide recommendations to management in the event of price hikes, including supplier/material analysis. Select appropriate suppliers, analyze and compare their products and prices, and liaise with suppliers/vendors in alignment with the operations department.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in

Upstream Oil & Gas / Chemical sectors

with a focus on

Supply Chain / Purchasing

. Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers
