Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Executive to specialize in Systems & Development. This pivotal role is designed for an HR professional who is equally adept at hands-on implementation and strategic framework design. You will be responsible for enhancing our HR infrastructure, from leading our HRIS implementation to developing robust performance management systems, ensuring our processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems & Process Optimization:

  • Lead end-to-end HR Information System (HRIS) implementation projects, including vendor selection, coordination, testing, and rollout.
  • Map existing HR processes (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding) and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure clarity, compliance, and best practice.
  • Act as the super-user and primary internal point of contact for all HR systems, providing training and support to the HR team and employees.
Job Architecture & Compensation:
  • Partner with department heads to draft, structure, and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and competencies.
  • Lead job evaluation activities, including grading and leveling, to establish and maintain a fair and consistent job architecture framework.
  • Support compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure our roles are competitively positioned in the market.
Talent Management & Recruitment:
  • Design, implement, and manage the annual performance management cycle, including calibration exercises and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a variety of roles, from individual contributor white-collar positions to blue-collar and bulk hiring campaigns.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Utilize HRIS and Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) to create dashboards and reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, performance trends).
  • Provide data-driven insights to the leadership team to inform people-related decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role with a strong focus on systems, projects, and process improvement.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and vendor management.
  • Demonstrable expertise in job description drafting, job evaluation, and grading methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer).
  • Strong experience in developing performance management frameworks and policy documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Advanced Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations).
  • Full life-cycle recruitment experience, including bulk hiring for blue-collar workforce.
Preferred:
  • Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
  • Experience in change management and project management methodologies.
